Chef Toby

Executive Chef Toby Willis describes his style of cooking as, "Elevated Southern," which is also the name of his personal blog. Growing up in Cleveland Tennessee, located between Chattanooga and Knoxville, he was surrounded by his mother's and both grandparents excellent Southern cooking. Although initially planning on becoming a curator for a museum or auction house while attending University of the South-Sewanee, becoming a Chef now appears to be only natural.
